HK Partner David Wilkes has been appointed to serve on the State & Local Taxation Committee of the New York City Bar Association.

The State and Local Tax Committee of the New York City Bar Association addresses a variety of issues concerning proposed and existing legislation and matters of policy pertaining to the implementation and administration of state and local taxation, including sales, use, income, and property taxation.
