After a comprehensive ten-day trial, involving expert testimony from real estate appraisers, a planner, and an environmental consultant, the trial judge adopted the valuation presented by the club’s appraiser with minimal adjustments. This trial outcome was affirmed by the appellate court, underscoring the accuracy and appropriateness of the valuation methodology applied to the property.
